The City of Redwood City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Data Center Planning and Conceptual Design Services. The City seeks an experienced data center subject matter expert (SME) to support early-phase discovery, planning, conceptual design, and budget development for future data center modernization efforts.

There is a mandatory site walkthrough scheduled for March 17, 2026. Proposals are due on or before Friday, April 3rd, 2026 by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time.  Additional details are provided in the Request for Proposal packet linked below.
