Mandatory Site Meeting: Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to pick up a raw water sample and coagulants (alum, polyaluminum chloride) and for a brief tour of the process relevant to this RFQ on Monday December 1, 2025 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM (local time) at the F.J. Horgan Water Treatment Plant, 201 Copperfield Rd, Scarborough, M1E 3T9.
Suppliers are required to provide their own PPE (hard hat, safety boots and gloves etc.). Meetings will not be available at any other time. Suppliers planning to attend the Mandatory Meeting must register with the Procurement Contact for the meeting by sending an email to the Procurement Contact. |
