Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for
Facility-based Care Model for Special Populations with Complex Medical, Mental Health, Behavioural and/or Substance Use Needs in Nanaimo,
as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
Island Health is seeking a service provider(s) to provide the provision of a facility-based, longer-term care for the Special Populations in a suitable facility-based setting(s) for up to 30 residents in the Greater Nanaimo area.
Island Health strongly supports partnerships between facility and service providers in submitting joint proposals as per 1.1.2 below. Island Health will make available the document takers by posting an addendum on a weekly basis, and /or by vendor inquiry.
