Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide Tax Consulting for Clean Energy Tax Credits.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is that the Vendor must receive a minimum of 480 technical points with a combined (technical + costs points) total of 550 points in order to receive an award.
Length of Contract is 12 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
Administrative Fee: .50 percent.
