Scope of Services
Glades Electric Cooperative is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide right of way trimming/clearance to four (4) specific sections of GEC’s service territory during 2026. Please see attached maps for each of the 4 jobs. Please provide a lump sum bid for each individual job. Please note, GEC will work with the selected contractor(s) on the specific order of jobs/feeder. Additionally, depending on job pricing and other factors, GEC has the right to post-pone certain jobs, or a portion of any job, to 2027. GEC has the right to award each job individually to the contractor of choice. This work will include right-of-way clearing and vegetation trimming under GEC’s energized power lines. Vegetation includes trees, branches, shrubbery, etc. Contractor should use mechanical equipment to load and reasonably compact debris into trucks and trailers. ***All questions and proposals must be submitted on VendorLink. PLEASE NO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS*** ***The following requirements must be met, in order to submit your bid on VendorLink*** Must upload Company Overview (including, but not limited to Executive Summary, Resumé, Letters of Reference), choosing `Qualifications` as your file type.
Must upload Exhibits A through D (provided in RFP), choosing `Application Documentation` as your file type.
Must upload your rates using the provided Excel Rate Sheet Template, choosing `Bid` as your file type. Please upload the Excel version of the file.
