- Kimball Avenue – Cleveland Blvd to UPRR Tracks
- 9 th Avenue – Cleveland Blvd to UPRR Tracks
- Arthur St – Kimball Ave to 10 th Ave
- Main St – Kimball Ave to 10 th Ave
All areas include associated traffic control, asphalt patching, adjustment of various utility covers to grade and pavement markings.
