Southern Nevada Water Authority invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following Work, Contract Documents will only be provided to Contractors that have signed the Mutual Nondisclosure Agreement and submitted it prior to the close date/time of this event. Summary of the Work and NGEM events associated with this effort has been provided below.
***This Bid consist of two separate events in NGEM.
*First event, which is this event, is to collect the signed Mutual Nondisclosure Agreements from Bidders prior to the close
date/time noted.
**Second event is for the actual Invitation to Bid, scheduled issue date is approximately 2nd Week of May, which is subject to
change, which will only be sent to those Bidders which signed the Mutual Nondisclosure Agreement within the first event.
The Site of the Work is Alfred Merritt Smith Water Treatment Facility, 243 Lakeshore Road, Boulder City, NV 89005.
The Work consists of modification and refurbishment of existing building to create new SNWA Communications Room, installation of new standby generator (owner provided) and related equipment, installation of new chiller (owner provided) and chilled water system, installation of fire protection systems, installation of electrical equipment, and modifications and additions to HVAC system.
Engineer's estimate: $1,250,000
