The County of Salem is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq for various professional services, as delineated below.

Sealed RFP responses will be received by Purchasing, on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time in the Salem County Administration Building, Office of the Purchasing Agent, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey, 08079, at which time and place responses will be opened for:

• RFP #25-25 – Professional Services for County Planner
• RFP #25-26 – Professional Services for Engineering Firm
• RFP #25-27 – Professional Services for Financial Advisor
• RFP #25-28 – Professional Services for Railroad Engineer
