SHADOWLAWN PARK SITEWORK

INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS

The City of Bartlett Parks & Recreation Department is seeking bids to complete the sitework at Shadowlawn Park in accordance to the bid specifications. Sitework includes grading and installation of ADA concrete walkways and ADA parking spaces as outlined in the civil drawings.

Information and documents regarding this Bid are posted on the City’s website at www.cityofbartlett.org .

Sealed bids are to be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. All bid packets (original and two copies) to be labeled “FY2026-09-010 SHADOWLAWN PARK SITEWORK” and addressed as follows:
