UConn Health (UCH) will be renovating approximately 5,200 square feet of the main floor hospital and office space located in Buildings F and H at 263 Farmington Ave. Farmington, CT including the phased renovation and equipment replacement of existing Interventional Radiology (IR), General Radiology and Support Spaces. Applicants must be pre-qualified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application.
