Cafeteria Floor Replacement
The Brookfield School District is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to remove and replace the cafeteria floor at the Whisconier Middle School. The Cafeteria Floor is approximately 5,000 square feet and the scope of work includes removal and disposal of existing vinyl composition tile (VCT) and vinyl cove base - the floor is to be moisture mitigated, skimmed and prepped before applying replacement tiles and cove base.
