The U.S. Embassy in Ankara, Türkiye, has a requirement for the fabrication and installation of a new hydraulic & manually operated drop arm barrier system to control vehicle access at a newly designated gate.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please be aware that the response date in this synopsis is not final; see the RFPQ for the actual deadline.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror. Award may be made based on initial offers without discussions.
A site visit is planned, and the solicitation will specify the date for this event.
In accordance with FAR provision 52.207, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register before submitting quotations or proposals. Registration guidelines are available at https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp.
