This notice is from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) AWACS and Wedgetail Contracting Office (WIWK) located at 3 Eglin Street, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts 01731.
The Government intends to release a Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) in support of the RSU Program. The FOPR will only be released on the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) within the Technical and Engineering Domain.
The Government is not requesting any information or proposals in response to this notice.
Synopsis:
RSU for International AWACS shall include a full upgrade to the Ultra-High Frequency (UHF)/Very-High Frequency (VHF) and High-Frequency (HF) radio suite to a full fleet of aircraft. Integration and installation of the radios will provide the Second Generation Anti-Jam Tactical UHF Radio for North America Treaty Organization (NATO) (SATURN) and Tactical Secure Voice Cryptographic Interoperability Specification (TSVCIS) capabilities for the aircraft.
