The USPFO for Hawaii to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to PACIFIC RADIO GROUP, INC. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(5), as implemented by FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i). Therefore, a Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation from a single source, will be issued to PACIFIC RADIO GROUP, INC. to provide radio advertising campaign on the Islands of Hawai’i, Maui, and Oahu for the Hawaii Air National Guard (HIANG).
Pacific Media Group is the only media company in Hawaii that has the amount of radio stations that reach our target age demographic (18-30 years old) that we need to attract for recruitment into the Hawaii Air National Guard specifically for the islands of Maui and Big Island.
The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541890, Other Services Related to Advertising, with a size standard in millions of dollars $19.0. Please note that this notice is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ); however, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. Responsible parties who believe they can responsibly meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services no later than 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time, 13 March 2026.
