RFP #26-333, Farm Retail Innovation Center Feasibility Study

Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Farm Retail Innovation Center Feasibility Study . Please refer to RFP #26-333 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on December 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST . Register with the buyer, Garrison Frey, at GFrey@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 385 651 764# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date:  December 18, 2025, by 1:00 PM EST. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov. Proposals will be opened via Microsoft Teams Meeting - Register with the buyer, Garrison Frey, at GFrey@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link.
