Project Description: The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) is seeking to select one or more qualified consultants (“Consultant Bench”) with which MTC may contract to provide services related to delivering Pavement Management Systems (PMS) Projects on an as-needed basis. Services for non-pavement asset management projects may be requested on an as-needed basis.
