Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. (TCEC) is an electric distribution cooperative serving more than 20,000 homes and businesses in north Florida. Headquartered in Madison, Florida, TCEC provides electricity to portions of four Florida counties which include Madison, Jefferson, Perry and Dixie. Our service area extends north to the Georgia state line to the gulf shore of Florida, west to Leon County and east to Hamilton and Suwannee counties. Our 67 employees are divided between five work locations: Madison, Greenville, Monticello, Perry, and Steinhatchee, and among five departments: Executive, Finance, Corporate Services, Engineering, and Operations.
TCEC is seeking to engage the services of one or more qualified contractors (Respondent or Contractor) to provide Grant Management Services. A complete scope of services is attached as Exhibit A and incorporated into this RFP.
