Solicitation Summary

The St. Mary's County Department of Social Services is issuing this solicitation to obtain a qualified, licensed provider to deliver evidence-based Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) services for agency-referred families. The Contractor will conduct clinical intake assessments, provide weekly PCIT sessions, and deliver ongoing therapeutic support in accordance with the nationally recognized PCIT model.
Services will be provided at the Child Advocacy Center (CAC). The Contractor shall participate in monthy care coordination meetings with agency staff, maintain timely documentation, and submit required progress reports. A waitlist of no more than two families may be maintained at any time to ensure efficient service delivery and use of program funding.
This is a Fixed Unit Price (Fee-for-Service) contract. Offerors must submit pricing for intake assesments, therapy sessions, consultations, and any applicable fees. Late cancellations and no-shows sessions will be billable at 50% of the established session rate.
SMCDSS seeks proposals from qualified behavioral health professionals or agencies with current Maryland licensure and certification in PCIT, demonstrating experience in family-based clinical services and the capacity to meet program requirements.
