BID OPENING DATE: Friday 11/14/2025 at 4:00 PM
The bid for the above-referenced project was publicly opened on November 14,
2025, at 4:00 PM. Present were Gerald Vincent, Administrator.
Administrator Vincent made the last call at 4:00 PM and announced that
three bids had been received.

Bid #2 – Own the Zone Sports Academy
Bid #3 – Southeast Sports, Perfect Game, and D65 Next Level Baseball and
Softball Academy
Administrator Vincent advised all present that the bids would be examined for
compliance with the specifications and that the town reserved the right to
accept or reject any bid in the best interests of the town. The bidders were
thanked for their participation, and the bid was declared closed at 4:10 PM.
