Youth Cannabis Prevention Media Campaign Evaluation

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is soliciting proposals from firms that are able to perform evaluation services, including evaluation plan development, data collection, analysis, and evaluation reporting for a statewide media and social marketing campaign primarily focused on: (a) educating California youth aged 13-17 and young adults aged 18-20 years about the risks and consequences of cannabis use to prevent/delay initiation, prevent escalation, and reduce problem cannabis use; and influence social norms, behaviors, knowledge, and attitudes; and (b) raising awareness, providing education, and promoting youth cannabis use prevention strategies among parents and guardians. Proposals must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, "Scope of Work".

CDPH intends to make a single contract award to the most responsive and responsible firm offering the highest scoring bid. This procurement is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements, including commercial businesses, nonprofit organizations, State or public universities (including auxiliary organizations) and other entities.
