Amendment A00003 is issued to provide the Government’s responses to additional industry questions and to revise the solicitation and Statement of Work, as applicable, to incorporate the clarifications provided regarding refrigeration configuration and shelving requirements.
The quotation due date is extended to September 18, 2026, at 2:30 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Amendment A00002 is issued to provide the Government’s responses to industry questions and to revise the solicitation and Statement of Work to incorporate the clarifications provided. The revisions clarify installation requirements, remove post-installation validation and operator training requirements, revise delivery and technical submission requirements, and update the solicitation to align with the revised SOW.
The quotation due date remains September 16, 2026, at 2:30 PM ET.

The FDA has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of one (1) walk-in laboratory cooler to support the Chemistry Proficiency Testing and Method Validation Program at the FDA Moffett Center in Bedford Park, Illinois. The cooler shall meet the minimum technical requirements identified in the Statement of Work, including required interior dimensions, temperature performance, redundant refrigeration capability, interior electrical outlets, shelving, safety features, and manufacturer warranty. Installation and site preparation are not included in this requirement.
