Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract to perform consultation, research, professional and technical services required for Quality Management Assessment (QMA) Services, including, but not limited to, all Verification (Inspection, Sampling, and Materials Testing) and quality management activities for structural materials at fabrication facilities and construction sites, on an ¿as-needed¿ basis to support the Department of Transportation, (Caltrans Division of Engineering Services, METS) Contract, District 59.

The work shall be performed on projects to improve the State transportation system facilities throughout all counties in California in District 59. Specific location of the work to be performed within this geographic location shall be identified in each Task Order.

Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement.

The estimated contract amount is $3,345,463 - $5,436,378.

No DBE/DVBE Participation Goal Required.

The estimated contract term is three (3) years.

It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting a Statement of Qualifications. The Department has no way of identifying companies or entities that have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes.
