Project Description: The scope for this project includes replacement of uninterruptible power supplies, panelboards, transformers, surge protection devices, and lighting fixtures for the affected locations described in the drawings. Electronic safety and security scope includes Fire Alarm work for preaction sprinkler system monitoring and installation of SAACS door security for electrical room doors. Mechanical work includes the addition of a preaction sprinkler system. Controls work includes electrical equipment monitoring. Telecommunications work include backbone fiber cabling and horizontal category cabling installation to support mechanical and electrical network connected equipment. Work also includes CIP concrete, doors and hardware for card reader systems, and painting.
