Project Description: Cochise County is issuing a Request for Supplier Qualifications (RSQ) from experienced and qualified firms or consultant teams to develop a comprehensive Economic Development Roadmap Study. The purpose of this initiative is to create a data-driven, stakeholder-informed strategy that outlines short-, medium-, and long-term actions to support sustainable economic growth, workforce development, business retention and attraction, and regional competitiveness. This solicitation will result in award to a single entity.
