The Office of Homeless Services (OHS), as the lead agency for the Philadelphia Continuum of Care (CoC), is seeking proposals from applicants with demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating and conducting the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) required Point in Time (PIT) Count. The selected applicant(s) will collaborate with OHS to conduct the 2026 PIT Count.
