Description
The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for individual well drillings in the fourteen (14) counties of Cherokee Nation per specifications and technical provisions.
Detail
Counties include: Adair, Cherokee, McIntosh, Muskogee, Sequoyah, Wagoner, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Ottawa, Rogers, Tulsa and Washington. There is an estimate number of 36 homes of well drillings to be done for the counties listed.

BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2024.

Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
