Recreation Area Paving and Parking Space Striping, North Hartland Lake, North Hartland, VT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Recreation Area Paving and Parking Space Striping, North Hartland Lake, North Hartland, VT.

QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following reclamation, asphalt installation, and line striping work, at the North Hartland Lake Recreation area:

a. Reclaim existing asphalt pavement along the specified section of the North Hartland Lake Recreation Area. (See Map 1)

b. Provide and install hot mix bituminous concrete pavement along the specified section of the North Hartland Lake Recreation Area.

c. Provide and install parking space striping in designated areas of North Hartland Lake Recreation area.

d. Additionally, the Government may choose to exercise an optional task that includes additional reclamation, paving and parking space striping at the handicap parking area. (See Map 1)

e. All work shall be performed in accordance with the following Statement of Work.

This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about April 25, 2025. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
