Pavement Management Consulting Services

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide right-of-way and parking lot asset engineering and consulting services. The selected firm will use PAVER Pavement Management Software or other Town-approved modeling software, GIS and recently collected right-of-way and parking lot asset condition data (Fall 2024) to build a 5 and 10-year paving and maintenance program and forecast based on a “Neighborhood Proximity” approach.

A virtual non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the date and local time indicated on the RFP cover page. It is encouraged that all Offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the Town’s needs. The pre-proposal meeting will be live streamed via Microsoft TEAMS and made available to the public.
