The City of Dubuque, Iowa is soliciting competitive sealed qualifications from professional consulting firms to develop and implement a Stormwater Management Program. The analysis phase of the project will begin immediately and then the consultant will assist City staff with selecting and supporting the implementation of the plan as funding becomes available.
The selected Consultant will be expected to complete the contracted scope of work within the specified timeframe, under the general direction and coordination of the City’s Engineering Department as authorized by the Dubuque City Council.
