Project Description: Capital Region Water (CRW) will receive sealed bids via the online PennBid portal at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ for electronic proposals (RFP) from qualified professional consultant firms with expertise in designing sanitary sewer utilities until 2:00 P.M. on March 25, 2025. A mandatory in-person pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 A.M. on March 6, 2025, in the Conference Center at the office of the Owner. The RFP may also be found on Capital Region Water’s website at https://capitalregionwater.com.
