02/03/2026: Amendment 0002 has been posted extending the due date and an updated Performance Work Statement and Schedule of Rates have been attached with this Amendment.
Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) handling the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo through the “Ports of Virginia” e.g. Port of Newport News, Port of Hampton Roads, Port of Norfolk, located on the east coast of the great state of Virginia. S&RTS services will cover the full spectrum of managing US Military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transitioning through designated seaports. Operational tasks and shall include but not limited to “all” stevedoring and longshoring services required to manage vessel, truck and rail loading & discharging, port reception and disposition, cargo management (staged, prep, and onward moved), intra port transfers, vessel prep, documentation (tallying & checking), and warehousing/storage of dunnage & tiedown materials.
