INVITATION TO BID

Lower Macungie Township will receive sealed bids for:

Cleaning and Porter Service for Community Center

Cleaning Service for Municipal Offices and Public Works

Sealed bids will be received until 9AM (prevailing time) on March 18, 2025 at the Lower Macungie Township Municipal Building, 3400 Brookside Road, Macungie, PA 18062, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Any bids received after 9 AM will be returned unopened. Facilities to be cleaned are located at the 3400-3450 Brookside Road, and 5536 Indian Creek Road Macungie, PA. Each bid must be accompanied with security in the form of bid bond or certified check made payable to Lower Macungie Township in the amount $1,000 (per contract). Bid specifications are available for $10 on business days from 8AM-4:30PM at the Municipal Offices, 3400 Brookside Rd. Macungie, PA 18062. Only bids from attendees of the mandatory meeting will be accepted. The meeting will allow time for tours of the facilities. No other tours will be scheduled. All envelopes must be clearly marked “Sealed Bid for Cleaning Services”. Lower Macungie Township reserves the right to waive any irregularities or make minor changes in the bid documents and to reject any or all bid. BIDS MUST BE MAILED OR OTHERWISE DELIVERED TO: Lower Macungie Township, Attn: R. Flexer, Secretary, 3400 Brookside Rd., Macungie, PA 18062.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9AM March 11, 2025 at the Lower Macungie Township Community Center 3450 Brookside Rd, Macungie, PA, 18062.
