Vehicle Valuation On-Line Database Subscription Service to verify vehicle purchase prices entered on various Illinois Sales and Use Tax Returns. Price based on a per transaction basis. normally run less than 400,000 per year. The data is required to be provided to the Agency electronically via SFTP or FTP processes. Payment is based upon actual number of transactions per month. State shall agree to prepay for 200,000 transactions at the beginning of each term with the remainder of the usage invoiced no later than July 31st for the term ending June 30th. See Attached Invitation for Bid IFB) Contract.. Vendor to Enter Cost Per Transaction Fee for FY26.
