Project Description: Charlotte Water is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide as‐needed General Contractor services for facilities, structures, and other assets.
The selected company must carry a valid North Carolina General Contractor’s License and must be capable of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and effort necessary to provide the required services. The License Qualifier must have at least five (5) years’ experience providing services as described in the Scope of Work.
