Project Description: The Wake County Department of Housing Affordability & Community Revitalization is seeking an administrator for its Affordable Homeownership Program. The County seeks proposals from for-profit or not-for-profit entities who will act as the Administrator of the Program. Wake County will enter into a contract with the Administrator and will provide the Administrator with funds for Program activities at intervals agreed upon during the contract negotiation period.
