Project Description: The existing Southwest Water Treatment Plant (WTP) has a maximum daily flow capacity of 8.64 million gallons per day (MGD). Its current treatment process includes two offsite groundwater wells (SW-1 and SW-2), along with ozone (currently non-operational since 2023), sodium hypochlorite, and Ground Storage Tank (GST) for storage. A third well (SW-5) has been drilled onsite but is not yet equipped with a pump and associated raw water pipe and remains inactive.
