Moody AFB is looking for 2 software/hardware network communications systems with a software that allows for the integration of multiple systems and provides On-The-Move (OTM)/At-The-Halt (ATH) agnostic network capability and supports resilient voice and data communication sharing. The system needs the ability to go mobile as it will be used for loading it into a vehicle and require to not exceed 100lbs. It also needs the ability to provide radio/IP agnostic capabilities regardless of manufacturer. It will need to be transportable in a protective case that is weatherized and approved from commercial and military travel. The system should be fully self-contained within a singular case and be able to be powered from multiple different power sources and need to aggregate Android Tactical Awareness Kit (ATAK) information from user devices, and forward this towards a server that will then be able to be carried across Joint Range Extension Applications Protocol (JREAP)- A links for integration into Link 16.
