Project Description: Sealed bid proposals will be received by the Borough of Newport, Perry County, PA through PennBid, for a project involving milling, reconstruction and paving of Front Street and parking lots, excavation to create swales, new stormwater pipe, new inlets and inlet replacements. The project is located on North Front Street between Oliver Street and the Caroline Street Run.
Tree trimming and removal is required and but in a separate bid. Work shall be planned and coordinated and completed prior to swale construction.
