LEASE OR PURCHASE OF OFFICE SPACE FOR DC 31-1-03

The County of Lehigh will receive sealed proposals until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, October 22, 2025, and will publicly open said proposals after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, October 23, 2025, for the LEASE or PURCHASE OF OFFICE SPACE for District Court 31-1-03 (MDJ Manescu). A total of approximately 4,500 square feet is needed, which must be located within the City of Allentown, PA Wards 3, 13, 17 or 18 (or by special exception and Court Order reasonably adjacent to these a r ea s ).

The County Executive reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, retains the discretion to accept another proposal or to negotiate terms, other than price, of any proposal once all have been received and reviewed, as well as the right to waive all informalities in awarding a contract in the best interests of the County of Lehigh.
