Please use the survey at this URL to provide your response to this notice: https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/QZGQqaWqCSThe purpose of this Market Research and Sources Sought Notice is to acquire information on the number and capability of qualified Small Business and Large Business firms interested in a prospective procurement of construction services in Hancock County, Mississippi. This is a Sources Sought Notice, NOT a solicitation announcement. Accordingly, no contract award will result from this Sources Sought Notice, as it does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be used by the government in making an appropriate acquisition decision.The Scope of Work for this project consists of beach and dune improvements to approximately 5 miles of the existing mainland coast in Hancock County, Mississippi. These improvements include the authorized 150-footwide beach berm and a vegetated dune field that is 70-feet wide from the frontal dune toe to back trough located approximately 30 feet seaward of the existing seawall and side sloped at 1V:10H. Approximately 300,000 cubic yards will be trucked in from an upland location. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The construction duration is 240 days after Notice-to-Proceed is issued. Sources being sought are firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 million.
