NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA).

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for PWM ATCT HVAC Project in Portland, ME. The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity.

Purpose of the announcement: To inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract via the BOA.
