Project Description: Spanish Fork City is seeking to contract with a professional engineering firm to
provide inspection, testing, traffic control and SWPPP compliance services. The
selected firm will assist in subdivision construction projects, ensuring compliance
with City Standards and providing oversight during the construction season.
Additionally, the City will contract with an ASTM-certified testing lab to conduct
testing and quality assurance services for development and City projects. The
primary objective is to maintain high standards for infrastructure development while
ensuring fair and transparent processes.
