EPS-HIL Switchboards

Each deliverable is a custom Printed Wiring Board (PWB) with components assembled to it making a CCA. Each zip archive contains PWB fabrication detail files and an Excel Vendor Bill of Materials (BOM) having tab Parts List which is referenced below.

1. NS220801 Switchboard Simulator CCA fabricated according to files in REF-1 supplied with the proper quantity of jumper shunts installed (Ref. Vendor BOM, Schematic Value SHUNT 100ML)


2. NS220802 Switchboard Backplane fabricated according to files in REF-2.
   
   
   
   1. All jumper shunts (Ref. Vendor BOM, Schematic Value SHUNT 100MIL) included but not assembled.
   
   
   2. All Phoenix Contact header plugs (Ref. Vendor BOM, Schematic Values COMBI-02-VP and COMBI-03-VP) installed.
   
   
   
   


3. NS220803 Switchboard Card Control Boards fabricated according to files in REF-3 supplied with these Vendor BOM items included but not assembled:
   
   
   
   1. Nylon Spacers (Schematic Value SPACER RD NO.4 5/16 INCH POLYPROP)
   
   
   2. Stainless steel machine screws (###)
   
   
   3. Stainless steel nuts with nylon inserts (Schematic Value LOCKNUT 4-40 SS)
   
   
   4. Flat cable (###)
   
   
   
   

THE NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PHILADELPHIA DIVISION INTENDS TO PROCURE THESE ITEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH NAVSEA DRAWINGS.

DUE TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS REQUIREMENT, THOSE INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING A QUOTE SHALL SUBMIT A COPY OF THE DD FORM 2345 JOINT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (JCP) CERTIFICATE VIA EMAIL TO stefan.b.kitzinger.civ@us.navy.mil BY 08 October 2025.

UPON RECEIPT OF THE JCP CERTIFICATION A SEPARATE EMAIL WILL BE SENT WITH THE DRAWINGS TO THE EMAIL LISTED POINT OF CONTACT.

THIS PROCUREMENT IS FIRM FIXED PRICE. PLEASE SUBMIT JCP CERTIFICATIONS AND ANY QUESTIONS TO stefan.b.kitzinger.civ@us.navy.mil
