RECS on behalf of DPS - RFP to conduct a comprehensive space planning study and to develop a coordinated and phased reconfiguration plan for its facilities. This effort will evaluate how space is currently used across both leased and state-owned properties, forecast future needs based on anticipated staffing and operational changes, and deliver strategic recommendations to optimize space use. The goal is to ensure DPS facilities support safe, efficient operations and are well-aligned with the department’s evolving mission and service delivery needs across all divisions, Statewide, MN.
