This is the initial posting of CSO Call 8 titled "PROJECT SMILEY" under the AFLCMC Data Operation CSO.

AFLCMC requires a vendor to perform cyber assessments of industry vendors. Offerors are invited to submit technical proposals to develop and deliver a state-of-the-art commercial solution that addresses the technical and performance requirements as detailed in Attachment 1 – Statement of Objectives (SOO) - Project Smiley.

AFLCMC will conduct this acquisition as a full and open competition under the AFLCMC Data Operation CSO. AFLCMC anticipates awarding a FAR Part 12 contract to one or more vendors. AFLCMC intends to follow the processes identified in the Data Operations CSO unless otherwise noted in the posted Call.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 518210 (Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services) and the size standard is $40.0M.
