Scope of Services
This solicitation intends to establish contracts with qualified providers of speech-language pathologists and speech-language pathology assistants for short and long-term assignments on an as-needed basis. We outsource these positions when staff resources are insufficient to provide mandated speech and language services for the provision of a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) according to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
