This solicitation has been amended, the changes are listed as such:

Amendment 1 – Changed the delivery address contained within the Salient Characteristics and associated documents from c/o PAE (New Zealand) Limited Gate 1, 45 Orchard Road North Christchurch International Airport Christchurch, New Zealand to 25 E Street Ste, 210 Bldg. 1102, Pearl Harbor Hickam., HI, 96853.

Amendment 2 – Changed the proposal due date from 25 June 2025 to 30 June 2025, to account for the above-mentioned changes.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are be requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see attached RFQ document and its attachments in addition to this description.

We are seeking eligible vendors to provide quotes for the below:

The Contractor shall provide the following:

1.) 450 - Jackets In Accordance With ECW specifications within the salient characteristics and sizing chart.

2.) 450 - Bibs In Accordance with ECW Specifications within the salient characteristics and sizing chart.

3.) 450 - Boots In Accordance With ECW Specififcations within the salient characteristics and sizing chart.
