The Town of Great Barrington seeks services of a qualified Owner Project Manager (OPM) as defined in the Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149 Section 44A1/2 and this document, to provide project management for the Planning and Design phase for renovation of Ramsdell Library. The Ramsdell Library Building Program and Building Assessment, developed in 2024, along with guidelines provided by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC) grant program will guide this process.
