Fisher Park All Abilities Playground Site Work

Project Description: The purpose of this RFB is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to demolish the existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk, and install new concrete, fences, landscaping, etc. according to the construction plans contained in this RFB at Fisher Park (934 S. 1000 E., Clearfield, UT). This work is in preparation for the city’s new All-Abilities Playground at the park. This RFB does not include any work concerning the installation of the playground, or playground surfacing area of the construction plans. This RFB is inclusive for all materials and labor required to complete the project. It is anticipated that this RFB will result in a contract award to a single vendor that furnishes all materials and labor for the demolition of existing and construction of new materials as outlined in the construction documents for the area around the future playground at Fisher Park.
