Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Charter Academies (UCA)
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: General Contracting services and all materials necessary to complete a building expansion at our West Valley 2/3 campus. The project includes the elementary classroom addition (6 classrooms, 3 breakout classrooms, and restrooms - Phase 1, must open August 2027), secondary classroom addition (Band/Orchestra/Dance/Drama, with the Drama room doubling as a black box theater), the auditorium addition with support spaces, and the lunch kitchen building shell bid as an alternate. Work will run in two overlapping phases as described in the Summary of Work.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.

Length of Contract: Through project completion.
